Affiliates will receive a commission between 15% to 25% of the profits for the first year of any subscription, based on their tier.
For yearly subscriptions, affiliates will be paid once after a 60-day period from the start of the trial period (30 days trial and 30 days money-back guarantee). For monthly subscriptions, affiliates will receive commission each month for a duration of 12 months.
Affiliates can request payouts once they reach the minimum threshold, as specified by the program. Payouts will be processed within 10 business days of the request.
In the event of a refund for a referred subscription, the affiliate will not receive any commission from that referral. If there is a subscription cancellation, there will be no further commission from that referral.
Affiliates must have a minimum of 2 subscribed referrals to be eligible for payment.
It is strictly prohibited to refer subscriptions from your own company or manipulate the system to gain unauthorized commissions.
The affiliate program reserves the right to withhold or forfeit commissions in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or violations of these terms. Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their promotional activities.
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the provided marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
Affiliates agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, including but not limited to sales statistics, customer information, and commission rates.
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the affiliate's marketing activities.
The affiliate program reserves the right to modify commission rates, program terms, or terminate the program with reasonable notice.
This Agreement will be interpreted and construed in accordance with EU laws and regulations without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of this Agreement will be subject to jurisdiction of the Sofia City Court, Bulgaria.
